1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the dispatch date.
Shipping Charges: Calculated and displayed at checkout(Free shipping on orders over ₹1499)

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch email.

4. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your premises or contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.
If your order does not arrive within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

5. Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue for you promptly.
